Atmosphere Atelier Return Policy
FULL PRICE RETURNS
We offer refunds or exchanges within 7 days of receipt of delivery. All items must be unworn, in perfect condition with garment tags attached. Refunds will be made to the card used to purchase the items once we have accepted your returned item(s). The original delivery amount of returning goods must be covered by the customer. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to process. When returning items, please obtain a proof of postage as we do not accept responsibility for lost parcels.
RETURN ON PRE-ORDERS
Any item purchased as a pre-order can only be exchanged or returned for a credit note.
RETURNS ON SALE
We do not refund on sales items purchased.
FAULTY ITEMS
Items are deemed faulty if they are received damaged or where it can be proven that there has been a manufacturing defect. Any faulty garment must be brought to our attention. Items that are as a result of wear and tear shall not be considered faulty. All other items as outlined in Atmosphere Atelier Returns Policy above apply to faulty items.
